Pilates mat classes utilise the body weight and consist of exercises which target a range of different muscle groups. The floor-based exercises primarily focus on postural alignment by strengthening your core and increasing flexibility.
Each class consists of up to 10 people, making them a great option for those who enjoy the social aspect of a class environment.

Private Class
Private classes are perfect for those looking for a more personalised workout, or for people with injuries and other specific physical issues.

The sessions range from low to high intensity, depending on your exercise goals.
We offer 1-2-1 reformer sessions or mat classes.

Private mat classes are a great option for beginners to get to grips with the basics of Pilates and it's benefits.
